God has provided a free harvest of plants. There are 30,000 species of edible plants in the world. But just 20 of them, including corn, rice, and wheat provide 90% of the world’s food. There are poisonous plants but a rich harvest that we can eat such as:-

• Cereals – E.g. Wheat, barley and rice.
• Vegetables – E.g. Potato, lettuce, carrot and beetroot
• Fruit – E.g. Orange, grape, carrot and beetroot
• Beverages – E.g. Tea and coffee.
